Excellent stay with great service
smooth check-inclean beachfresh towelscomfortable room
The reception staff offered a smooth check-in. The beach was clean. Fresh towels were always available at the pools. Our room cleaner kept our room warm and comfortable, and Mr Mohamed Hassan arranged our rooms for each visit.
The restaurant opening times were not explained well.

The resort features multiple restaurants including The White, Dante, and Podium. The White and Dante offer open buffets with a vast selection of dishes. Breakfast stood out with its extensive variety and helpful staff. The Podium restaurant features attentive staff and delicious food.

Rooms include daily service from housekeeping staff. The rooms were super clean, and the housekeeping team kept high cleanliness standards, I stayed in a beautiful room, and it was well kept. Free internet covers most of the hotel including inside the rooms.

The staff were great throughout the hotel. Mr Mohamed Ali and Mr Abdallah Ali on the food and beverage team were present to answer questions. Ms. Dina provides excellent service in the restaurants, the reception was so helpfuel and milad and kerolus were helpfuel.

The location is convenient, it is a 15-minute bus ride from the airport. The resort boasts a large beach with two natural lagoons. The beach has good access. The resort is near a water park with slides.

The room was quite basic. I found that it was lacking proper sound insulation from outside noise. this disturbance. the noise seemed constant.
